Today, I don’t feel like hitting the bullet points and cranking out some kind of been there, read that review.
I’m gonna be different.
If you’re looking for a diet, you’ve read plenty of boilerplate reviews so take a break from those and learn a little about the man behind the plan in this Xtreme Fat Loss Diet review.
Because he’s like you…and if you’re reading this, you are probably a lot like him.
That’s a good thing, because we are talking about a guy who was, for lack of a better term, a bit fat and geeky – but motivated.
And like him, you’ve probably put too much work into lousy results.
Yes, Joel did too.
But today, he’s one of the country’s premiere body sculpting experts and fitness trainers.
And he just happens to be in the best shape of his life.

Joel doesn’t try to bog anyone down with the science behind his techniques with Xtreme Fat Loss Diet; he just uses his own scientific knowledge, research and experience as a certified nutritionist and personal trainer to design plans for regular dudes who could stand to trim more than just a couple of pounds.
One thing I like about Joel’s approach (and what I’ve incorporated into this xtreme fat loss diet review) is that it seems like he designed the diet for his former self (AKA, the current you).
Before he was the winner of the Body-for-Life Challenge, he looked like he’d spent his early adult life on a couch, despite the fact he was cranking away at the gym for two hours at a time.
A friend turned him on to a website, where Joel learned he was doing a lot of things wrong, not the least of which was assuming the majority of dumbed-down diets would actually work.
Joel got himself a coach, and just to stay on track, took on a seemingly unattainable goal – enrolling in the body transformation contest.

There’s component one: The Diet Manual, which lays out every day of the 25-day program in detail.
No room for cheating here: this program includes what to eat, when to eat it and super-detailed food lists, charts, tables and plenty more (may seem a little strict but trust me it works)

To sum our xtreme fat loss diet review, there’s no doubting the benefits behind Joel Marion’s nutrition plan.
I like the fact that Joel makes it clear, up front, that dieters are going to work for the results they get. You have to dedicate yourself for the 25 days of this program. On the up side, if you stick with it, it will work.
It’s funny, when I look at what kind of products and programs I have to wade through to find good candidates, I can only laugh.
Believe me, I could spend a lot of my day slogging through programs that are comically overinflated – both in claims and price.
This isn’t the case with Joel. He comes up with an effective program at a great price. If you’re looking for fast results and are willing to put in some work, this is the diet for you.
